Rosemary Focaccia
The easiest bread you'll ever make. No kneading required, just patience and plenty of good olive oil.
Ingredients
- 4 cups flour, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp instant yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- Extra virgin olive oil, fresh rosemary, flaky sea salt.
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, yeast, and water. Cover and fridge overnight (or let rise 4 hours room temp).
- Pour into an oiled baking pan. Let rest 1 hour.
- Dimple the dough with your fingers. Drizzle generously with oil.
- Top with rosemary and salt. Bake at 425°F for 20-25 mins.
