Rosemary Focaccia

The easiest bread you'll ever make. No kneading required, just patience and plenty of good olive oil.

Focaccia

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • Extra virgin olive oil, fresh rosemary, flaky sea salt.

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, yeast, and water. Cover and fridge overnight (or let rise 4 hours room temp).
  2. Pour into an oiled baking pan. Let rest 1 hour.
  3. Dimple the dough with your fingers. Drizzle generously with oil.
  4. Top with rosemary and salt. Bake at 425°F for 20-25 mins.
