Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes

Ditch the mix. These homemade pancakes are lighter, fluffier, and taste so much better.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups buttermilk, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another.
  2. Pour wet into dry and mix gently. Lumps are good!
  3. Let batter rest for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Cook on a hot, buttered griddle until bubbles form on top, then flip.
  5. Serve with warm maple syrup.
